The Central Loose tube fig-8 Aerial cable designs are the economical
option for low fiber counts and for Aerial Applications. For low fiber
count up to 12 FO, central Central Loose Tube structure is available.
The fibers are placed within a gelfilled loose tube. Outdoor cables
guarantees the protection of cable where the mechanical damage risk
exists and also to guarantee stability towards environmental influences
such as frost and humidity. Glass yarns are applied over the tube to
provide additional tensile strength & rodent protection to the cable.
Polyethylene (PE) sheath which is resistant to stress cracking and UV
radiation. These types of cables have a supporting messenger wire
in figure 8 configurations.
